I carry a pet first aid kit and am certified in pet CPR. For serious emergencies, I'll contact your preferred vet immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.

You'll receive immediate text and call notifications. I maintain emergency contacts for your vet, backup vet, and your emergency contact person—all confirmed during intake.

Insurance Coverage

Fully insured for emergency veterinary expenses up to policy limits. All emergency decisions prioritize your pet's wellbeing—we'll handle the details later.

Weather & Safety

Extreme weather protocols ensure your pet's safety. I monitor conditions and adjust walks accordingly—shorter routes in heat, protective gear in cold, and indoor alternatives when needed.

What areas do you serve?

I primarily serve neighborhoods within a short drive of the city center. Send me your address and I’ll confirm availability for your location.

What services do you offer?

I provide Quick Potty Breaks, Standard Walks, Adventure Walks, Pet Sitting drop-ins, and optional add-ons such as extra dog care, key pickup/drop-off, and long‑leash sniffaris. Weekend and off‑hour bookings are available for a small surcharge.

How does the booking process work?

We’ll start with a free 15–20 minute meet & greet to get to know your pet, routine, and home setup. You’ll complete an intake form and pet questionnaire, receive access to the secure client portal, and from there you can book, view, and pay for sessions online.

How do I prepare for the meet & greet?

Have your pet’s vaccination records handy, along with any details about feeding, potty habits, medical needs, and favorite toys. If you’ve filled out the online questionnaire in advance, we can focus on building rapport with your pet during the visit.

How do updates work?

After each visit you’ll receive a text update with a summary of activities, time in/out, GPS route snapshot (for walks), and at least one photo. Updates can be sent via email if preferred.

What’s your cancellation policy?

For walks and drop‑ins, cancel at least 12 hours in advance for no charge. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee. Holiday and peak‑time cancellations may have special policies—please confirm at booking.

Do you handle pets with special needs or medications?

Yes. I’m comfortable with most non‑injectable medications and have training in pet first aid/CPR. Please detail requirements in your intake form so we can review them at the meet & greet.

Do you walk dogs off‑leash?

No. All dogs remain on‑leash at all times for their safety, except in secure, owner‑approved fenced areas.

What happens in extreme weather?

Safety comes first. I adjust walks for heat, cold, storms, or hazardous conditions—this might mean a shorter walk and more indoor play or enrichment.

Do you offer same‑day or last‑minute bookings?

Yes, depending on availability. Text or call first for fastest response.

Can you provide references?

How do payments work?

All payments are handled securely through the client portal. You can pay per service or be invoiced for multiple bookings. Credit cards and other online payment options are accepted.
